Brand

(A)

Context

A mobile brand needed a presence at a busy outdoor festival, where every booth looked the same and nobody stopped for a spec sheet.

(B)

The bet

Build a glowing object people walk toward at dusk, then reward them with an experience worth filming.

(C)

Process

01 The object

A red, lantern-like pavilion designed to be seen from across the grounds. At night it glowed from the inside, becoming the festival's meeting point.

02 The visitor journey

Inside, a short guided path: a light tunnel, a hands-on product moment and a final room built for photos. Every step took less than a minute.

03 Operations

We trained the staff as hosts, not salespeople, and designed the flow so lines moved fast and felt like part of the show.

Add a second exit. The final photo room was so popular that it became the bottleneck on the busiest night.
